Fraunhofer IISB presented results from their investigations for HV-trench-gate integration in LDMOS processes at the 2011 CMOS Emerging Technologies Workshop (CMOSET) held June 15-17, 2011 in Whistler, BC, Canada.

Public workshop presented results and achievements from ATHENIS on Dec 15th, 2010 in Trento
The Workshop entitled “IC TECHNOLOGY FOR HARSHEST AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS” presented results developed within the project ATHENIS. Presentations were held by all partners including two guest speakers from ST, Italy, and University of Ulm, Germany. ATHENIS invited presentation at IEDM 2010
Tibor Grasser from TU Vienna has been invited to present results obtained in the ATHENIS project under the title “Recent Advances in Understanding the Bias Temperature Instability” at IEDM 2010.
ATHENIS presentations at IIRW 2010
Two presentations from TU Vienna covering reliability aspects have been presented at the IEEE INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATED RELIABILITY WORKSHOP, held October 17-21, 2010 at Lake Tahoe. The presentations are entitled “On the ‘Permanent’ Component of NBTI” and “Recovery of Negative and Positive Bias Temperature Stress in pMOSFETs”

Austriamicrosytems presented at the INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON POWER SEMICONDUCTORS, in Prague, 1- 3 September 2010 development results achieved within ATHENIS: “Development of a High Voltage Reverse Polarity Process Module”.

ATHENIS participated at ATA "Automotive Electronics: driving the future of powertrain and chassis" held in Torino, Italy on 10 and 11 June 2010 with two presentations “Low cost highly scalable HV-CMOS technology for automotive applications” presented by austriamicrosystems and “MEMS-based non-volatile memory for harsh environments” presented by Cavendish Kinetics and Università di Ferrara.

ATHENIS participated at ISPSD “International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs” held in Hiroshima, Japan on 06 to 10 June 2010.
Two papers entitled "A 120V 180nm High Voltage CMOS smart power technology for System-on-chip integration" and “Trench gate integration into planar technology for reduced on-resistance in LDMOS devices” presented results successfully developed within the ATHENIS project.

ATHENIS presentation at IMST Conference 2009
ATHENIS participated at IMST Innovative Memory Storage Technologies Conference 2009 held in Aachen, Germany on 8 and 9 September 2009.
IMST is a Memory Project Workshop to present ongoing European research on the different aspects of Mass-Storage Technologies in European Projects (FP6-FP7).
